Currently in development are a variety of gluten-free pastas:

  • Quinoa and Chia
  • Quinoa and Blue Corn
  • Blue Corn, Chia, and Chickpea

As soon as they are production ready, I will let you know!  And, if you have any suggestions, comment away!
